Returns and Refunds

At Magwave, our top priority is customer satisfaction, which is why we strive to provide trusted products our customers can rely on. If you are unhappy with your Magwave purchase or wish to exercise your product's warranty, please review the information below for a smooth return, replacement, or repair process.

30-Day DOA Product Guarantee
If any item you receive is damaged, incorrect, or not working upon receipt due to product quality issues, please contact your sales manager within 30 days of receiving the package for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for replacement or return.

Different and Missing Products
Magwave has strict quality control before shipping. For faulty or missing products:

  1. If the received product differs from the one purchased, we offer a full refund or replacement.

  2. For missing parts, if they do not affect product functionality, we offer a partial refund or ship the parts. If functionality is affected, we will replace the product or offer a refund.

  3. For incomplete shipments despite receiving all packages, we provide reshipment or refund promptly.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for these issues. Magwave will cover shipping costs for product replacements.

Please Note:
Due to stock availability, partial shipments may occur. We will notify you in advance if applicable.

Order Cancellation

  1. You may cancel orders before customization or packaging by contacting your sales manager.

  2. Orders already customized, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Warranty Policy

  1. Product Warranty

  • Products are covered under warranty for one year (except Cell Phone Parts and Accessories).

  • For cell phone parts, test before installation. Returns/replacements within one year if issues found in testing phase. After installation, no after-sales service.

  1. Returnable Circumstances
    Returns are accepted for defective products not caused by human factors during the warranty period, with proof (photos/videos). Options: repair (customer bears return shipping costs), partial/full refund, or replacement.

  2. Repairable, Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Repair services only (no refund or replacement) for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, packaging or appearance damage.

  3. Non-Repairable, Non-Returnable Circumstances
    No service or refund for products not purchased from Magwave or issues outside warranty or not covered by manufacturer.

  4. Warranty Exemptions

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage not covered.

  • Damage due to disassembly, misuse voids warranty. Replacement parts can be purchased separately.

  • Electric bicycles excluded from this policy.

After-Sales Application Process
Contact your sales manager with order number and product code, along with photos or videos showing the problem. Our team will confirm and advise further steps.

Returns Procedure

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue and order/SKU number.

  • Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from sales manager before returning.

  • Use postal service with tracking (no DHL, UPS, TNT).

  • Declare the package as "broken item" at customs. Return shipping cost varies by location; confirm with sales manager.

Refunds

  • Refund process begins within 7 business days after request.

  • Refund timing depends on payment method (Paypal immediate, bank transfer 2-3 days, credit card up to 25 days).

  • Provide tracking number and return package as requested.

Refund Deductions
Refunds exclude currency conversion fees, credit card transaction fees, and exchange rate fluctuations.
